What the backup generates

The main backup saves one .encrypted file per entity in the destination folder. The interface also allows converting these files to JSON. Although the control appears as Export to Excel, the current implementation generates .json files, not .xlsx workbooks.

Support

Before requesting help, keep the complete error message, the execution time and the available log, but remove credentials, tokens and personal data. First check the troubleshooting table.
