What the backup generates

The main backup saves one .encrypted file per entity in the destination folder. The interface can also convert these files to JSON. Although the control reads Export to Excel, the current implementation generates .json files, not .xlsx spreadsheets.

Support

Before requesting help, save the complete error message, the run time and the available log, but remove credentials, tokens and personal data. Check the troubleshooting table first.
